Fit n Fast Gym Review: Locations and Membership Costs

Fit n Fast was founded by a consortium of Australian industry experts wanting to revolutionise the fitness industry. One of these experts being Fitness First’s founding lead executive, Tony de Leede.

They have made innovations into the faster and cheaper arena with their signature “quickie” workouts which are just 30 minute long as well as providing clubs that are comfortable and affordable for everyone.

“We live in a world where people have been conditioned to think that the only way to exercise and get results is to work out for up to 60 minutes or more – and we know that this is simply not the case” says Owner and Managing Director Tony de Leede.

Fit n Fast are proud of THE QUICKIE but all their clubs are designed to also accommodate any kind of workout.  Some of the areas you will find in a Fit n Fast Gym are Cardio, Weights, QUICKIE Circuits, Virtual Group Exercise, Boxmaster, Functional Zones and much more!

Fit n Fast are opening new clubs regularly and some are even accessible 24 hours a day. Why not give them a go and experience the Fit n Fast difference.
